Overview/Summary:

Students
will practice prior knowledge greeting skills in introductions,
getting acquainted, and making friends. They will build on basic
prior
knowledge skills and enhance their preexisting introductory dialogues.

Will Understand:

Students will understand the importance of learning practical
Spanish dialogues that are used in real-life situations. Students
will realize that being able to speak speak Spanish can open doors of
opportunities for them and these phrases will help them to achieve these
goals.

basic Spanish vocabulary to help develop better sentence fluency. |

Special
Considerations:

Students
who have weaker speaking skills will be paired with a partner who has
stronger speaking skills.

Assessment:
|
Students
will be assessed on their KWHL charts and also on how well they present
and speak through their "Meeting People" scenarios. I will
use a rubric to grade these.
